Refund & Return Policy

At VASCA Design, we strive to provide high-quality products and a professional customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Eligible new items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all original components, manuals, and tags

  • Be in resellable condition

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns must be authorized by VASCA Design prior to being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Special-order or custom-order products

  • Installed or used products

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery or pickup

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the product category, supplier conditions, and packaging condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by VASCA Design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect all products immediately upon delivery or pickup.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@vascadesign.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will review the claim and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Do not discard packaging materials until the claim review is completed.

Exchanges

VASCA Design does not process direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item

  2. Await approval and inspection

  3. Place a separate order for the replacement item

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved

  • Refund approval is subject to product inspection
